Most Christian ministry leaders feel the need for a strategic plan, but for small-size or single-focus ministries strategic planning can seem a daunting, complex, and lengthy challenge.  This workshop will present a workable model for arriving at a good strategic plan.  It can be done:  timely, achievable and inexpensive.  By the end of the workshop you will : understand the mission-focused planning process, have a plan for getting to a strategic plan, and know how it can be done even when expertise and money are limited.
